We have developed a fantastic range of gearbox tuning DSG and TCU tuning services. The tunning carried out by SK Tuning is an excellent complement to our general engine tuning and ECU remapping services.
Like our ECU remapping and tuning, each of our gearbox tuning files is written specifically for the gearbox of your vehicle and you as a driver, we don’t just provide an off-the-shelf product.
Our gearbox tuning service can include, launch control tuning, shift and torque limiter tuning and adjustments, changes to the amount of allowable slip in the gearbox, changes to the clutch plate pressures and improving the functionality of the entire transmission to give you the best driving experience.
What to expect from our gearbox tuning packages
Gearbox Shift Response
Torque limit increase
Normally this is updated by an engine tune, but to get the best results we recommend tuning your gearbox to increase the torque limit. Transmit torque from 350 Nm to up 550 Nm with a DSG Gearbox tune.
Increased Redline
Increasing shift points give you the command of your engine’s power in the upper RPM, our DSG Gearbox tuning packages will allow an increase in the rev limit to work with your engines power and tuning.
Launch Control
Missing out on launch control? not all vehicles are equipped with launch control from factory. We can tune your DSG Gearbox to activate launch control, this function can be installed on most vehicles.
